Czech Republic - Extension Day 4 Last full day in Prague

Today is the last full day I have in Prague. I am wondering how I should spend the day and I made my way to Westfield Chodov, a huge shopping centre. I visited the Lego store there, and bought some gifts from the Albert supermarket there. I was not going to carry all this stuff with me so I returned to the hotel.

I was contemplating visiting the National Museum but decided not to. Besides, the weather was not good and it was raining. Eventually, I did make my way to Wenceslas Square and walked around in the hunt for some last minute souvenirs. Nothing much. I wanted to get a steak dinner but all those restaurants around the Old Town are rip-off expensive. Thus, I returned to the hotel area once again and tried to find something nearby.

I eventually stumbled upon Stejkárna Holešovice and boy am I happy to have found it. This is the best steak I had in a long time (I ordered the medium well ribeye steak). This find saved what would have been a somewhat gloomy day in Prague.

Taking the train to Westfield Chodov.

This is how it looks from outside.

Certified Lego Store.

Some train thing you can put coins in to play.

I was about to say this is the worst meal I had in Prague but then I remember the free conference lunches. Those were worse.

Nice beer display.
