Someone tell me what this is ???

Am I getting stranger or have I always been? Did this scrawl during a meeting. Decided that it looked rather interesting so I brought it home, scanned it and finished it off (in photoshop) with "pirate" paper effect. Can anyone plumb the depths of my subconscious and tell me what this means?
