Day 19: Head
Did a bit more on the skull today. It is quite ironic to be doing a skull today. I had just found out today from Alex that our Gan Eng Seng classmate Kok Chong passed away. That just came as a shock. That guy was fit. He was in the commandos and I remember him being quite good at soccer too. I wondered all day how someone in the prime of his life could just go like that; a reminder of our fragile mortality. Watched "The Other Guys" with my colleague Jill tonight. Felt good to go out with a friend today. I haven't had many socials in NZ...
