Read this yesterday and thought I might do this daily...

3 Gratitudes
  1. Did not crash the manual while picking up family from the airport.
  2. Got a chance to save $1300 from my course fee.
  3. Great friends that still want to hang with me after so many years away from S'pore.
Journaling - Done

Exercise - Erm... Alright 20 push-ups coming right up.

Meditation - Hmm. Mind is not very still right now. Perhaps I should think about what I want to do tomorrow.

Random acts of kindness - Gave up my seat on the MRT to an old man.
