Is there really any real difference???

Saw this dumb thing at the Resident's committee notice board...

Basically, they are going to re-paint the entire block and they are taking a poll to find out which colour scheme the residents prefer. Really not much difference at all. Same three colours - only proportion of colours different. So typically PAP - offer choices but not real ones of any consequence.
