  1. Dinner turned out well despite it being month old freezer fish. I cooked.
  2. Checked my bank account and I am not bankrupt.
  3. The air doesn't smell like burnt shit any more.

Meditation - Mind is not focused. Perhaps I should get some help with this. I used to be pretty focused but now I am more of an improviser.


Random acts of kindness - I helped mum with the grocery shopping? Even found her lost wallet.
