Day 3: Work and Values
Ah, back to the grind eh? Exactly. I worked 1.5 hrs overtime today and got handed most of the projects. Well, if I'm going to do it, pretty much go all out ya? I thought the workplace needed some core values so I stole from the SAF:
- Loyalty to company - (Originally Loyalty to Country, but we can't use this because most of the company ain't S'poreans)
- Leadership - Everyone needs some. Even the bosses at the top need self-leadership
- Discipline - Discipline = results
- Professionalism - Do the right thing the right way
- Fighting spirit - Is the tenacity to succeed on whatever we do
- Ethics - Ethics is about knowing what one ought to do when no one is watching
- Care for artists - (Originally Care for Soldiers)
