Another "I did it"


Finished this challenge last night. The last part was really tough but I did it. I noticed myself walking with a swagger yesterday when I went out with my friends. Now I know that I'm not what I was 10 years ago. I dropped only 1kg after this and am still overweight at 71kg but heck, I did it and it is something to be proud of. Now to maintain and surpass this fitness level... I probably need to work in a few more runs.
